Windows 7 users – remove Microsoft patch that affects Kaspersky and other Windows 7 issues.  Save this file to your desktop and then double click it to run the file.   A black window may pop up for a couple of minutes.  When the black window goes away, please reboot your computer.  (Click here to download patch remover) PatchRemoval  This should fix some issues in Windows 7  if you machine boots and wants to check for disk problems every time as well as other issues.

Windows 7 users – remove Microsoft Patch that affects Propalms and other Windows 7 issues.  Save this file to your desktop and then double click it to run the file.  A black window may pop up for a couple of minutes.  When the black window goes away, please reboot your computer.  (Click here to download the patch remover) PatchRemovalKB2813347  This should fix some issues in Windows 7 that prevents Propalms from working from offsite locations.  BE ADVISED! – Removing this patch may require re-validating your copy of Windows.  Please do so if prompted!  Your machine should re-validate without issue.

Windows 7 users – RDP session if Propalms fails to work from outside one of our clinics.  Save this file to your desktop.  RDPlink  It you get an error message about missing files, you can uninstall the Proplams client from add/remove programs, reboot your computer, and then try the link again.  It should now work and connect you directly to a terminal server. You will use your regular credentials to log into the terminal server.
